I am so excited to launch the “you got this”sweater!! It’s now live in my shop!!! This concept was born after I was searching for a positive affirmation to motivate myself through my journey with Cancer. After a personal journey with my own mental health and those close to me I am so proud to donate a portion of all sales to CMHA (the Canadian Mental Health Association)!
This sweater features my own handwriting, something I’ve envisioned for a looong time and am so happy to finally see come true.
CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
