Mental Health Matters was inspired by a few of my best friends who works as a nurses in Mental Health Care. After my own struggles and seeing so many of my friends and family go through their journey with mental health this sweater really shares an important message that mental health matters!

All our tees are locally screen printed in Ontario Canada!  

A donation is made for every purchase of the mental health matters collection to the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Good Quality!

I wasn’t sure how the shirt would fit since usually in unisex sizing I would wear an XS. But since they didn’t offer it, I ordered the small and after washing/drying once it was a nice fit.
Good quality as well. I work at a children’s hospital and have had more than one colleague tell me they like the lettering and ask where they could get one.

This is my favourite shirt. It's soft. Washes well. True to size. It's the best! The personalized note ❤ the sticker. I love it. I've been telling you friends and family! Will be ordering more!
